PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities :
-
Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and production schedules.

Manage operator task allocation and ensure efficient use of manpower.}

Ensure production processes comply with SOP, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
-
Control raw material usage and minimize production waste.
-
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance team for technical issues.
-
Ensure achievement of output, yield, and production efficiency targets per shift.
-
Monitor product quality during production according to QC standards.
-
Prepare daily production reports including output, machine downtime, and operational issues.
-
Identify improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and production efficiency.
-
Guide and evaluate production operators’ performance.
-
Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety in the production area.
-
Coordinate with other departments such as PPIC, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering.
Requirement :
-
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
-
Minimum 3–5 years experience in manufacturing production (preferably food/FMCG industry).
-
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, or ISO standards is an advantage.
-
Strong leadership and team management skills.
-
Able to analyze production problems and implement process improvements.
-
Accustomed to working with production targets and shift systems.
-
Good communication and coordination skills.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
-
Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
