• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Manage operator task allocation and ensure efficient use of manpower.}
• Ensure production processes comply with SOP, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Control raw material usage and minimize production waste.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance team for technical issues.
• Ensure achievement of output, yield, and production efficiency targets per shift.
• Monitor product quality during production according to QC standards.
• Prepare daily production reports including output, machine downtime, and operational issues.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and production efficiency.
• Guide and evaluate production operators’ performance.
• Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety in the production area.
• Coordinate with other departments such as PPIC, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering.
• Requirement :
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in manufacturing production (preferably food/FMCG industry).
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, or ISO standards is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to analyze production problems and implement process improvements.
• Accustomed to working with production targets and shift systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
