Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree (D4) in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related fields).

• Good English communication skills (Japanese speaking ability is an advantage).

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling assembly machines (e.g., high/low pressure machines, conveyor systems, special purpose machines).

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment (PLC, Robots, Visual Basic, C++, etc.).

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and machine specifications.

• Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AutoCAD.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with related teams on machine specifications, installation, and process preparation to meet quality, delivery, cost, safety, and regulatory targets.

• Handle new model preparation and process changes (ECN) according to schedule to ensure smooth implementation.

• Ensure production capacity is optimized through proper planning and efficient processes.

• Maintain production lines and machines to run smoothly and minimize breakdowns.

• Analyze and troubleshoot problems occurring in the production line.

• Monitor processes and report progress/issues related to process preparation and control to supervisors.

• Support continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, 5S, Safety, and Environmental programs.
