PPIC Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibility :

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of production schedules and inventory records

Collaborate with various departments to coordinate the flow of materials and information
-
Perform data entry, analysis, and reporting to support PPIC operations
-
Liaise with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials
-
Provide administrative support, such as filing, document management, and responding to inquiries
-
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance PPIC efficiency
Requirement :
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in a PPIC or administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment (Freshgraduate are welcome)
-
Proficiency in Mandarin both written and verbal
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-
Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software is an advantage
