Our client is a Japanese Logistics company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Factory Control Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Monitor and supervise daily packing operations to ensure activities run according to production plans and schedules
-
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operational flow
-
Ensure all packed products meet the company’s quality standards and specifications
-
Supervise packing team members and provide guidance to ensure work is performed effectively
-
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to production and packing processes
-
Monitor the availability and usage of packing materials and ensure proper inventory control
-
Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to prevent material shortages or overstocking
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related major
-
Active conversational level of Japanese (N3 Level)
-
Minimum 5 years of working experience as Factory Control Supervisor or Operational Warehouse Supervisor from the packaging service and warehousing industries
-
Direct experience in implementing Total Quality Management System and Kaizen improvements related activities
-
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2015
-
Strong leadership, good communication and problem solving skill
