PT Buwon Vina Indonesia is looking for talented people to work with.
We are a chemical and shoe parts manufacturing company established in Korea in 1994. In 2005, we moved our business to Vietnam. And in 2022, we invested in Indonesia to establish and operate a factory and achieve customer satisfaction through localization.
We supply chemical products to brands such as Nike and Adidas. We are currently expanding our business into chemical trading and looking for talented people to grow together
Qualifications:

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Compliance Officer in Manufacturing field or Chemical Industry.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Capable of creating report materials using PowerPoint and Excel, and able to deliver presentations.

Proficient in conducting analysis using statistical quality methods.

Strong leadership skills with a high sense of responsibility.

Basic knowledge of ISO Audit and International Footwear Brands Audit.

Certificate AK3 Ahli Umum
Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of QC Engineers, overseeing the daily activities of QC team members in compliance with established standards.

Control processes.
-
Serve as a quality judge for internal defects.
-
Prepare budgets and action plans.
-
Implement corrective actions for internal production defects.
-
Conduct ISO internal audits, supervise ISO & SNI compliance and International Footwear Brands Compliance Audit.
-
Analyze and improve internal manufacturing quality.
-
Plan and follow up on line audits, product audits, and compliance inspection plans.
-
Perform root cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions related to market claims concerning manufacturing quality.
