Job Title: Asset & Logistic Manager Mandarin Speaker (需会中文）

Reporting to: Country Manager

Location: Cikarang, Indonesia

Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee end-to-end asset and logistics management operations, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and full physical asset traceability.

2. Develop and implement asset management policies, SOPs, and internal controls to ensure compliance with company standards and audit requirements.

3. Manage inventory planning, stock control, and asset lifecycle processes (procurement, tagging, deployment, transfer, maintenance, and disposal).

4. Supervise daily inbound and outbound logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, stock distribution, and coordination with vendors.

5. Collaborate closely with other teams to support infrastructure expansion, asset changes, and incident resolution.

6. Lead periodic stock takes and reconciliation processes, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

7. Ensure readiness for internal and external audits, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards.

8. Monitor utility and critical spare part inventory levels to ensure operational continuity and minimize downtime risks.

9. Analyze asset and logistics data to provide reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management.

10. Manage, coach, and develop the Asset & Logistics team to improve operational efficiency and performance.

11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, process optimization, and risk management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in asset management, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably within technology-driven environments.

3. Proven experience in leading and managing a team.

4. Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, inventory control systems, and logistics processes.

5. Experience supporting internal and external audits and implementing compliance controls.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and generate insights.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP or asset management systems is highly preferred.

8. Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

9. Proficiency in Mandarin.

10. High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
