Position: Purchasing Staff (Beverage Manufacturing)
Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major (preferably Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields)
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., SUM, VLOOKUP, and other basic formulas)
4. Detail-oriented with good administrative skills
5. High initiative and proactive attitude
6. Able to work independently and as part of a team
7. Good communication and negotiation skills
8. Willing to learn and able to adapt quickly
9. Good time management and able to work under pressure
Job Description:
1. Handle purchasing of raw materials and Packaging Material for production (e.g., beverage ingredients, bottles, packaging, labels, etc.)
2. Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance
3. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers
4. Create and process Purchase Orders (PO)
5. Ensure availability of raw materials to support uninterrupted production
6. Coordinate with PPIC, warehouse, and quality control teams regarding material requirements and specifications
7. Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time arrival of goods
8. Verify purchasing documents and ensure they match received goods
9. Maintain and update supplier database and pricing records
10. Prepare regular purchasing reports
